Yes. Playa del Carmen sits in Mexico’s coastal zone, so foreign buyers hold title through a bank trust called a fideicomiso — full rights to use, rent, sell and pass it on. Setup runs roughly $2,500–4,000 USD plus about $600 USD a year. We handle the entire process for you.
