SLS Cancún is inside Puerto Cancún, a beachfront community between the Hotel Zone and downtown Cancún. The beach is right below you. The marina, the golf course and a mall with 100+ shops, restaurants and a movie theater are close by.

What buyers ask us most
How much does a condo cost?
It depends on the bedrooms, the floor and the view. The pre-sale sold out, so most condos for sale today are resales, and each one has its own price. We send you the current price list with what’s for sale now.
Are the condos ready to move in?
Yes. The tower is finished and the SLS hotel is open. Before you decide, we confirm in writing the condition of each condo, whether it comes furnished and the monthly HOA fee.
Can I buy as an American or Canadian?
Yes. Near the coast, foreign buyers own through a Mexican bank trust called a fideicomiso. It gives you full rights to use, rent out, sell or leave the condo to your heirs. This is general information, not legal advice, so please talk to a Mexican notary or attorney.
Is this the same tower as SLS Harbour Beach, Marina Beach or Ocean Beach?
No. SLS Cancún is the original tower, the one with the SLS hotel. Puerto Cancún has other SLS towers too (Harbour Beach, Marina Beach, Bahía Beach and Ocean Beach). If you’d like to compare them, we can send you what’s for sale in each one.
Who built the tower?
Related Group, Jorge Pérez’s Miami company, with the Mexican firms Inmobilia and U-Calli. The architecture is by Arquitectonica, and Piero Lissoni designed the lobby and common areas.
How do I get prices and floor plans?
