Is the tour in person or online?

Either. Your advisor can show you Puerto Cancún in person, or by video call if you are not in Cancún yet.

Which condos and houses can I see?

Shark Tower, La Vela, Vellmari, Alba, Blume, WOHA, Torre Insignia, Distrito Zen and Thompson Private Residences in Puerto Cancún, plus Nautica Residences and La Amada nearby. Houses and villas on the marina and resale condos can be included; ask an advisor for current listings.

Can I visit Thompson Private Residences?

Thompson Private Residences is under construction, with estimated completion in late 2027 according to the developer. The developer’s showroom is at Marina Puerto Cancún.

Which residences are ready to move into?

Shark Tower and La Vela are offered with immediate delivery. The Vellmari developer states delivery in December 2026. Your advisor confirms the status of each residence.

Can I buy if I don’t live in Mexico?
