Living here
Lagos del Sol opened in 2007, and today more than 800 families call it home. It’s a planned neighborhood of about 200 hectares, and about half of that land is kept as natural green space, so the streets feel calm and open.
At its heart are two freshwater lakes that cover about 40 hectares. The main lake alone is about 29 hectares, and many homes sit right on the water. The landscape was designed by Mario Schjetnan, the Mexican architect behind some of the country’s best-known city parks.
