Ipana is at 10th Avenue and Calle 38 in Playa del Carmen, inside the Siempre Playa Midtown complex, with its own entrances and areas just for residents.
5th Avenue is one block away, about a 5-minute walk, and you can be on the beach in about 10 minutes on foot. Restaurants and cafés are all around you, and Cancún airport is roughly 45 to 50 minutes away by car.
