It depends on the type, floor and view. The towers are already built, so each condo for sale has its own price. We send you the current list with what is available today.
Is it finished?
Yes. The three towers are built and there are condos ready to move in. We confirm the handover of the condo you like in writing.
What does each condo include?
Every condo has a terrace, a fitted kitchen, a laundry area and a walk-in closet in the main bedroom. 2-bedroom condos have 1 or 2 parking spaces, and 3-bedroom condos have 2 spaces and a service room with bathroom.
Can I buy if I don’t live in Mexico?
