Ciudad Maderas is a large, master-planned community of home lots, built by Ciudad Maderas, a Mexican company that builds lot communities. The streets are laid out, and the first 4,000 lots were handed over to their owners in July 2026.
It’s a way to own your own land in the Cancún area for well under MXN $1 million, with room to build the home you want. The builder’s plans include more than 130 hectares of green areas and a private club for owners, with no membership fee.
Space, nature, a club of your own
The plan is simple: a quiet lot surrounded by green, and a short drive inside the community to a club with pools, courts and a lagoon for the whole family.

Ciudad Maderas is in the jungle west of Cancún, about 35 km from downtown, reached from the free highway to Mérida. It’s quieter and greener than the city, so you’ll drive in for most errands.
