Cancún Plaza sits right on the sand at km 19.5 of Boulevard Kukulcán, in the southern stretch of the Hotel Zone. You’ve got the Caribbean in front of you and the Nichupté Lagoon on the other side of the boulevard.
It isn’t a hotel. It’s an established building of four towers where every condo is privately owned, so each one is a little different, depending on how its owner has updated and furnished it. That’s why it pays to see several before you choose.

A resale, ready now. There’s nothing to wait for. You buy a finished condo from its owner, often already furnished, and you can be on the beach as soon as the sale closes.
Rent it out, or don’t. Many owners rent their condos to visitors when they’re away, and there are rental operators working inside the building. We can put you in touch with them, but we’ll never promise you rental income, because it depends on the condo, the season and how it’s run.
