Is it also a hotel?

Yes. Bacab runs as a boutique hotel with a café, a restaurant, a lobby lounge and wellness classes. Ask us how owning a studio works alongside the hotel.

Can I buy if I don’t live in Mexico?

Yes. Foreign buyers purchase in Tulum through a bank trust (fideicomiso) that gives full rights to use, rent, sell or pass on the property. This is general information, not legal advice. We also know of some resale condos in La Veleta that are not listed online, so just ask.
