How much does a condo at Artila cost?
It depends on the bedrooms, the floor and the view. The building is finished, so the condos for sale today are resales, and each one has its own price, in US dollars or Mexican pesos. We send you the current price list with what’s for sale now.
Are the condos ready to move in?
Yes. The building is finished. Before you decide, we confirm in writing the condition of each condo, whether it comes furnished and the monthly HOA fee.
Can I buy as an American or Canadian?
Yes. Near the coast, foreign buyers own through a Mexican bank trust called a fideicomiso. It gives you full rights to use, rent out, sell or leave the condo to your heirs. This is general information, not legal advice, so please talk to a Mexican notary or attorney.
